Dave Luehr lives to help others discover their limitless potential. His journey of both successes and failures began over thirty years ago as an enthusiastic teenager who loved cars and auto body shops. Discovering his passion for entrepreneurialism, he started his first million-dollar business with only a one-hundred-dollar bill and a paint gun, only to lose everything a few short years later.


Dave’s inspirational journey back to the top included working in leadership positions for many of America’s leading collision repairers as an operational expert and collision process engineer. Now as the founder of Elite Body Shop Solutions, a popular keynote speaker and author of The Secrets of America’s Greatest Body Shops, Dave inspires an international audience helping thousands improve their businesses and quality of life.


BRUCE KING

ELITE BODY SHOP SOLUTIONS


With over 45 years of collision repair experience and shop ownership, Bruce King is the founder of King Collision Center’s in Massachusetts. Bruce and his team grew the business to five locations before implementing his succession plan in 2015, passing ownership to his sons. He has served the industry as a 3M-ARMS instructor in the 1980’s and through his appointment by Governor Romney in the early 2000’s to the Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser Licensing Board. Bruce became an Elite Body Shop Solutions Mentor in 2017 to share his passion, knowledge, skills and training with other shop owners.


RYAN TAYLOR

BODY SHOP BOOSTER


Ryan is a 20 year veteran of the Collision Industry growing his own MSO to 8 stores that he sold in 2014. He then founded BodyShop Booster. His team works with thousands of shops in over 7 countries to help them grow using technology strategies that they created to market to the collision customer. He has been awarded multiple patents for this technology and works with multiple OEM’s to be a marketing coach.

Nicholas Schoolcraft is passionate about delivering integrated customer experiences. Nick provides extraordinary business impact through innovation and strategic thought leadership. He is renowned for enthusiastically focusing on customer-centric strategies with a deep understanding of customer experience (CX) strategy, design, and implementation. As an accomplished consumer himself, Nick leverages his personal experiences in addition to his quest for knowledge to continually deliver on his client’s business drivers.


Nick has worked and led a number of Customer Experience transformation projects where he identified and assessed complex Customer Experience problems and created solutions that delivered on business value and increased Customer engagement. Nick's relentless focus on delivering value for the Customer – while integrating business drivers into actionable strategy – has enabled him to drive significant business value through optimized processes and overall business alignment.
